I have nurtured a lifelong love of both science and art. I earned a BFA in Painting & Drawing and a BS in Chemistry from Shepherd University, and a PhD in Biology from the University of Utah.
I live with my husband, 7 tarantulas, a geriatric gold dojo loach, and an army of succulents in Salt Lake City, Utah. I work as a Scientist at ARUP Laboratories.

My domain name stems from when my 7-year old albino clawed frog, Bufo, shared my artistic space as an undergrad.
